One of a range of authentic spelt pastas grown in the traditional way on the rolling green landscapes of Umbria and Marche in Italy.
Spelt is one of the oldest cultivated grains. It contains more protein, vitamins and fibre than regular wheat pasta.
Instructions: Cook in plenty of boiling water for 7 minutes. Approximately 80g per person.
