It's not easy being green, so to us, you are all VIPeas. Conscious consumers like you, who put effort into shopping sustainably, really make a difference. So to say thank you we have started a new loyalty program. It's easier than you think to become one of our valued VIPeas. In fact, by placing your first order you're already in! Our program will automatically collect 'Carrot Points' for you as you shop and add them to your account. Then you can redeem them on any future orders or save them up for a treat.
How does it work?
For every euro spent you receive a carrot point. There are no points for delivery charges. The carrot points will be calculated when you checkout. You can then use the carrot points on future orders.
How do I redeem my carrot points?
Click the button for “use carrot points”, in the payment section when completing your order.
How can I earn Double Points?
If you set up a 'Repeat Order' (click here for the FAQs for Repeat Orders) you will automatically start earning DOUBLE carrot points. You will see them appear in your account and can redeem them whenever you like by clicking on Account (top right of page), click on 'repeat order' in the dropdown menu, then you will see options to add coupons, gift vouchers and to redeem your carrot points.
