1. In order to accumulate and redeem reward points, you must firstly have an account with us. If you do not have an account with us, you can create one here. 

2. When you first log into your new account or for existing customers logging into their account from today, the first thing you will need to do is navigate to the "Rewards Points' section under the 'Account' dropdown or the 'Your Rewards Points History' section in your account area. 

3. You will see a tick box prompt that confirms you would like to participate in the new rewards points system. PLEASE TICK THIS BOX AND CLICK THE UPDATE PREFERENCES BUTTON IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NEW REWARDS POINTS SYSTEM. 

4. After you tick this box, you will then see a description of how the new rewards points system works. 

Here's how the new rewards point system works:

1. As before, you earn 1 reward point for every euro spent. For customers on repeat orders, you earn 2 reward points for every euro spent.

2. Once you accumulate 1,000 points, these points will be automatically turned into a €10 gift voucher. This gift voucher will be emailed to you and the code for the €10 gift voucher will be in the email. You will have 30 days to use your €10 voucher before it expires.

3. For any customers who as of today have over 1,000 points, these will have already been converted to vouchers and emailed to you. 

4. To redeem your €10 gift voucher on your next order, simply place your order as you normally would and in either the cart page or the checkout page, apply the gift voucher in the 'Enter Voucher Code' field. Please note that the gift voucher will not work if applied in the 'Enter Coupon Code' field and there is no longer a dedicated field for entering reward points. 

All repeat order customers will earn double reward points with every order, so if you're planning to order frequently, then set up a repeat order!
