How do I get help?

We have outlined lots of questions and answered below to help you. Our live chat is available form 9am to 9pm from 23rd April Friday to 25th April Sunday. You can also email us as normal and expect a speedy response.


If I'm having trouble clicking on buttons what should I do?

With the upgrade you might experience some teething issues.  These are generally because old versions of the website that are stored in your browser history. These issues can be easily resolved by clearing your history ie clearly your cache. On a windows pc/laptop press the Control button and the F5 button so Ctrl + F5, and on a mac press the command button and the r button, so cmd + r. You might find that you need to log out and log back into you account. Once you have done this if you are still having problems but don't worry our customer service team are on hand to help.

 

Can I order as I have always done?

Yes, you simply choose to order as a once off order.

 

Do I have to do a repeat order?

No, you can choose a once off order.

 

Does my existing regular box scheme order order stop?

No your existing weekly will stay unless you contact us via email to cancel it.

 

If I have an existing regular box scheme order do I automatically get a repeat order?

No. You can choose to keep your existing box scheme. If you want to cancel it and move to a repeat order please email us to let us know and we will cancel it for you before your next order deadline .

 

Do I have to sign in to place an order?

Yes.

 

How do I sign in?

Click on Sign in on the top right hand corner of the website or click on the icon.

 

How do I sign out?

Go to account and click log out.

 

How do I create an account?
Click on create account on the top right hand of the website.

 

How do I set up a repeat order?

When you first select a box or item a pop-up will appear asking you if you would like to set up a once off order, weekly order or fortnightly order. Click on your preference. If you choose to create a repeat order, every other item you choose will go into your repeat order.

 

Can I order once of items if I have a repeat?

 

 

Can I order once off items when I’m setting up my repeat order?

No. You must set up your repeat order before you add once off items.

 

How do I cancel my repeat order?

Go to Account Repeat Order Settings icon and delete before your next deadline.

 

How do I add additional item(s) to a repeat order?

To add additional items(s) to a repeat order select the item(s) as normal, when you are happy click the update order button. Please make sure you do this before your order deadline.

 

If I add once of items to my repeat order do I have to remove them before my next order?

No. Your once off orders will automatically delete once your order has been deliver.

 

How do I delete items from my order?

Click the “x” in the red circle beside the item and click the update order button.

 

How do I add a delivery address

Click on account, click on Amend your delivery address and click on add address in the bottom right hand. corner.

 

How do I change address

Click on account, click on Amend your delivery address, click on the Make Delivery Address beside the address you want in your list or click on add address in the bottom right hand corner if you want to change to a new address

 

Can I have use build your own box as a repeat order?

No, the build your own box is only available as a once off delivery.

 

If I have a repeat order can I set up a separate once off order?

Not at the moment, we are working on this functionality and hope to release it soon. Currently if you have a repeat order set up and you want to make a separate order you would need to register a new account with a different email address or we can do it for you please email us with the once of order details.

 

If I have a fortnightly repeat order can place a once off order between my fortnightly orders?

Not at the moment, we are working on this functionality and hope to release it soon. Currently if you have a fortnightly repeat order set up and you want to make an order between scheduled deliveries you would need to register a new account with a different email address or we can do it for you please email us with the once of order details.

 

Can I send a gift to someone else if I have a repeat order set up?

Not at the moment, we are working on this functionality and hope to release it soon. Currently if you have a repeat order set up and you want to make a order a delivery as a gift you would need to register a new account with a different email address or we can do it for you please email us with the once of order details.

 

What if something in my repeat order is out of stock?

If something is not in stock it is noted as not ordered and you are not charged. You will be notified in your confirmation email.

 

Can everything be ordered in a repeat order?

No seasonal items and the Build Your Own Box will not be able to be added to a repeat order but they can be ordered as once off with your repeat order.

 

How do I change my next delivery?

You select any items you want to include. If you want to amend quantities go to the cart and use the plus or minus buttons. If you want to delete an item click on the ‘x’ in the red circle. Then click update order.

 

How do I cancel my next delivery but not my regular order?

It’s possible to pause your order. Click on account, click on pause my order, add your pause dates and click save.

 

How do I see my repeat order?

Click on account, then click on repeat order.

 

I’ve got a regular order set up, but I want to swap to a different box just for my next delivery. How do I make a one-off change?

You select any items you want to include. If you want to amend quantities go to the cart and use the plus or minus buttons. If you want to delete an item click on the ‘x’ in the red circle. Then click update order.

 

When is the latest I can change my order?

You can see this is the sidebar called ‘Edit Your Next Order Below’.

 

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes the minimum spend is €30 until 31st May 2021.

 

 

What should I do with my packaging?

Our Green Earth Organics boxes are foldable and recyclable. Please fold them so that you can store them easily and leave hem out on your door step on your next delivery day and our driver will collect them. For courier deliveries please recycle your box.

 

How do I pay?

For a once off order you confirm your payment details at check out and the payment is processed instantly. For your repeat order you add your card details when setting up the repeat order and the payment is processed at your order deadline and a confirmation email that includes your receipt is emailed.

What is the subtotal?

This is your total spend before vat and delivery charges.

 

What is the total?

This is your total spend, the sum that will be deducted from your card. It includes any vat and delivery charges that apply to your order.

 

How do I find out the amount that will be debited from my card?

Click on your cart. The amount beside total is the amount that will be debited from your card.

 

If I have a repeat order when is that amount is debited from my card?

Your card will be debited on your order deadline. You will receive the order confirmation once the payment is processed.

 

If my card expires what will happen?

One month before your card expires, you will receive an email to notify you that your card will expire. You will also receive a reminder.

 

If my card is declined, will my order still go through?

Unfortunately, if there is an issue with your card, your order will not be processed.

 

Can I use set up a repeat order using Paypal?

Yes, however the process is slightly different . You create your order. When you confirm your payment details the order will change to once off and it will trigger a prompt to our customer service team to create your repeat order.

 

Why do you store my payment information?

Your payment details are stored for your convenience to enable processing of your repeat order.

 

How do you store my payment / credit card information?

Your card details are stored safely & securely with our payments partner Stripe.

 

How do I update my payment details?

Go to Account, click on stored cards and click add card.
