Repeat Orders FAQ
We want to make being green as easy as possible so we've created a really handy repeat order system and we'd love you to give it a try. Set up a repeat order now and then rest easy with the knowledge that each week (or fortnight) a box of sustainable fruit, vegetables and groceries will appear at your door. No more missed order deadlines or disappointment. Here's how it works:
How do I set up a Repeat Order?
Log into your account on the website then pick your first item to add to cart. A pop-up will appear asking if you would like to 'order once', 'add to a new weekly order' or 'add to a new fortnightly order'. Pick the option that suits you. Continue adding your weekly or fortnightly essentials until you are happy you have everything you need. Then complete the order and choose your payment preferences. If you ever need to amend your order, simply log back in, go to 'your repeat orders' and make the changes you need.
How do I add one off, extra items?
Then, if you need something extra that you won't want each week/fortnight just log into your account again, pick what you need from the website and choose the 'order once' option. If you add the item before your area's order deadline then it will be added to your order for the next delivery. Don't worry, it won't be added to your repeat order unless you choose that option. We have lots of organic groceries including a growing plastic free aisle.
How do I pause or cancel my repeat order?
Go to the 'settings' icon in your repeat order and click on the red bin icon then 'OK' to cancel it. If you are going on holiday and just need to pause your repeat order it is easy to do so. Log in, click on the account icon and choose 'pause your repeat order'. Click on the 'pause your delivery' button then select the two dates between which you don't want a delivery. Please make sure you select a date earlier than your area's order deadline (unless you are pausing on your order deadline day in which case you should select today's date as the start of your pause).
How do I use my points, a coupon or voucher?
The really good news is repeat order customers automatically earn DOUBLE POINTS on all their orders. It's the most economical way to shop with us. So how do you redeem those points? Simply log into your account, click on 'repeat order' and you will see options to add coupons, vouchers and redeem points. Use your points as you go or save them up for a treat. We have lots of luxury products, gift ideas and hampers alongside our organic staples. Points can only be used against purchases and are non refundable. Coupon codes must be added prior to payment, they cannot be added retrospectively and are non refundable.

Can I order once off items when I'm setting up my repeat order?
No. You must set up your repeat order before you add once off items.
How do I add additional items to a repeat order?
To add additional items(s) to a repeat order select the item(s) as normal, when you are happy click the update order button. Please make sure you do this before your order deadline.
If I add once off items to my repeat order do I have to remove them before my next order?
No. Your once off orders will automatically delete once your order has been delivered.
How do I delete items from my order?
Click the "x" in the red circle beside the item and click the update order button.
How do I add a delivery address?
Click on account, click on Amend your delivery address and click on add address in the bottom right hand corner.
How do I change address?
Click on account, click on Amend your delivery address, click on Make Delivery Address beside the address you want in your list or click on add address in the bottom right hand corner if you want to change to a new address.
Can I have a build your own box as a repeat order?
No, the build your own box is only available as a once off delivery. If you prefer changing, seasonal fruit and veg we recommend having a set box as one of your items in your repeat order.
If I have a repeat order can I set up a separate once off order?
Not at the moment, we are working on this functionality and hope to release it soon. Currently if you have a repeat order set up and you want to make a separate order you would need to register a new account with a different email address or we can do it for you please email us with the once of order details.
If I have a fortnightly repeat order can I place a once off order between my fortnightly orders?
Currently if you have a repeat order set up and you want to order a once off order between fortnightly orders, you can place a gift order, from the browse all option pick an item you would like to add to cart and from the drop down menu pick "place a separate gift order", continue to shop and all items you choose will go into your gift order.
Can I send a gift to someone else if I have a repeat order set up?
Currently if you have a repeat order set up and you want to order a delivery as a gift, pick the first item you would like to add to cart and from the drop down menu pick "create a separate gift order", continue to shop and all items you choose will go into your gift order. For gift orders you need to checkout and pay at time of ordering.
What if something in my repeat order is out of stock?
If something is not in stock it is noted as not ordered and you are not charged. You will be notified in your receipt email. Out of stock items are listed just above your address details.
Can everything be ordered in a repeat order?
No, seasonal items and the Build Your Own Box can not be added to a repeat order on a permanent basis, they can be ordered as once off with your repeat order. If you prefer fresh seasonal vegetables we recommend adding one of our set boxes as part of your repeat order.
How do I change update my order?
You must do this before your order deadline. Select any items you want to include. If you want to amend quantities go to the cart and use the plus or minus buttons. If you want to delete an item click on the 'x' in the red circle. Then click update order.
How do I cancel my next delivery but not my regular order?
It's possible to pause your order. Click on account, click on pause my order, add your pause dates and click save. Make sure your pause and restart dates are prior to your order deadline day. If you are pausing on your order deadline day you should select today's date as the start of your pause. Pauses must be done in advance of the order deadline time.
I've got a repeat order set up, but I want to swap to a different box just for my next delivery. How do I make a one-off change?
Before your order deadline, log in to your account then add the box you want as a "order once". Delete the box you don't want by clicking the 'x' in the red circle, you will get an option to "remove for this week only" or "remove permanently" then click update order. If you "remove for this week only" the item will appear again in your cart once the current weeks order has processed.
When is the latest I can change my order?
Your repeat order must be updated prior to the order deadline, you can see this information above the contents of your cart.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes the minimum spend is €30, plus delivery charge.
How do I pay?
For a once off order you confirm your payment details at check out and the payment is processed instantly.
For your repeat order you add your card details when setting up the repeat order and complete the card authorisation, this is a requirement from your bank. The payment is processed at your order deadline and a receipt is emailed to you once your order processes.
What is the subtotal?
This is your total spend before vat and delivery charges.
What is the total?
This is your total spend, the sum that will be deducted from your card. It includes any vat and delivery charges that apply to your order.
How do I find out the amount that will be debited from my card?
Click on your cart. The amount beside total is the amount that will be debited from your card.
If I have a repeat order when is that amount debited from my card?
Your card will be debited on your order deadline. You will receive the order receipt once the payment is processed.
If my card expires what will happen?
One month before your card expires, you will receive an email to notify you that your card will expire. You will also receive a reminder.
If my card is declined, will my order still go through?
Unfortunately, if there is an issue with your card, your order will not be processed. You will receive a receipt referencing failed payment.
Can I set up a repeat order using Paypal?
No you cannot set up a repeat order using Paypal.
Why do you store my payment information?
Your payment details are stored for your convenience to enable processing of your repeat order.
How do you store my payment / credit card information?
Your card details are stored safely & securely with our payments partner Stripe. We do not have visibility on your card details.
How do I update my payment details?
Go to Account, click on stored cards and click add card. You can also delete any card you do not want linked to your account.
