La BIO IDEA is proud to present a gluten-free alternative to Sicilian durum wheat pastas. Pasta made from lentils. The producer is located in Northern Italy and has extensive experience in the production of high-quality pasta. This legume pasta is naturally gluten-free and rich in fiber and protein and can be used for Italian dishes, but is also delicious in a salad.

Red lentils*, * = Organic

Bring a saucepan of water to a boil (ratio : 1 liter of water per 100 g of pasta per person). Add the pasta and salt  once the water boils. Stir occasionally.  Cook for 5 minutes. Then drain and serve. Keep it dry and closed.
