They purchase the biodynamic fruit from biodynamic growers, who work year after year to build a living soil from which they and the generations after them can harvest. The biodynamic lemons are freshly squeezed and bottled immediately after harvest, the unfiltered juice does not come from concentrate and is briefly heated to extend the shelf life.
