How to Use:
Use in home baking for pastries, breads, cupcakes and generally as a substitute for wheat flour. Also fantastic as a thickener – add a little to soups, stews, curries and gravies to thicken. When substituting for other flours, use 35-50% of the amount suggested in most recipes.
