This tricolor fusilli is made from the finest Sicilian durum wheat, enriched with spinach and tomato for a beautiful color and enhanced flavor. Produced by the Barbagallo family, now in its fourth generation, it's a truly unique pasta. Its spiral shape allows the pasta to blend beautifully with sauces and dressings, making it perfect for pasta salads or paired with a flavorful pesto. Durum wheat is milled in 28 stages to produce semolina. Within 24 hours, the semolina is processed into pasta dough, which is then pressed in bronze molds for a traditional texture. Finally, the fusilli is dried at a low temperature for optimal flavor and nutrients. Truly artisanal Italian pasta!
