The feathery herb is popular from Austria to Russia to India and a true all-rounder in the kitchen. Fish dishes, pickled cucumbers, beets, salads and sauces have the "License to Dill". As a garnish, dill is excellent on cold soups, or yogurt, or on tzatziki, the traditional Greek cucumber yogurt salad. Both the seeds and leaves can be made into a tea.
