Ekoplaza red quinoa is an excellent substitute for rice, pasta or potatoes. It has a nutty flavor and comes from the Andean mountains. To avoid a bitter taste, rinse again before cooking. Use about 75 g per person. Add twice as much water or stock and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Let it stand for another 10 minutes after cooking. Storage advice: keep cool, dry and tightly closed. Country of origin – Bolivia.
