This goat cheese is a real regional product from Heeze in Brabant. At Saanenhof, they are not only good for their goats, they are also good for birds. During mowing, the farmer leaves strips standing, so that plants, insects and birds can thrive here. That makes these goat cheeses not only tasty for you, but also for the flora and fauna. Please note: this cheese is made from raw milk and therefore not suitable for pregnant women.
