Cheese Camembert Au Four, Gillot, 250g
Named after the town of Camembert where Marie Harel, according to legend, received the recipe from a priest to make this cheese. Besides the brie, it is the best-known white mold that is produced unpasteurized. The Vallée Verte Camembert is made from pasteurized milk, mild in taste with a hint of mushrooms.
