Olvia is an organic extra virgin olive oil from the Greek island of Lesvos. Made by the Tzortzis family with a long tradition in olive oil making, Olvia has a smooth flavour, golden colour and fruity aromas. This combination of taste, texture and aromas earned Olvia a golden medal at the 2012 BIOL, an international contest for organic oil.
The extraction process takes place in the family owned facilities, which are certified to international standards. The olives are harvested only hours before pressing while they are still fresh, giving the rich golden oil you find in the bottle.
