Honey Roasted Carrots and Parsnips

Ingredients:

 

8 parsnips

8 carrots
Tablespoon butter
Tablespoon honey
A little oil

 

 

1. Cut the carrots & parsnips lengthways into even size pieces.

2. Then in a hot frying pan drizzle some oil and add the carrots.

3. Fry the carrots until golden brown.

4. Add one tablespoon of butter & drizzle with honey.

5. Put in a pre-heated oven @ 200°C for 6-10 minutes depending on the size.

6. Repeat the process with the parsnips.
