RECIPE: Beetroot Slaw


Recipe Organic Beetroot Slaw






  • 100ml apple juice
  • 40ml balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and sweetener of your choice (I used maple syrup) to taste 




  1. Scrub the beetroot and carrot well but leave skin on.
  2. Grate all veg using the large hole side of a box grater.
  3. Mix well in large bowl and pour over dressing ensuring it's mixed throughout. If you like it extra crunchy dress just before serving but I like to leave it overnight to soften the veg a little.
  4. Enjoy!
