Customer Service, Project and Marketing Assistant
This is an evolving role that will support the customer service and marketing functions of the business. It is a very varied and challenging opportunity – you will never get bored!
Duties & Responsibilities:
Point of contact for customer enquiries.
Support the Galway office manager.
Data Entry / System Management /Database project work, liaising with developers.
General Office Administration and organisation. Report to Galway office manager in relation to customer service work. (Cover customer service holidays in Galway and Dublin).
Project Assistance as required (stock project).
Assist in the development and curation of engaging content for social media platforms.
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
Assist with the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and projects.
Assisting with the development of marketing collateral consistent with the brand.
Supporting the implementation of multiple marketing plans across multiple social media platforms.
Essential Requirements:
2+ years of Administration experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Extremely well organised.
Organised with ability to Time Manage & Multitask.
Able to cope well under pressure.
Flexible, able to change between roles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Good team player with strong ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Desirable but not essential requirements:
Experience in using Database and CRM software.
Marketing Qualification would be a bonus.
Proficiency with various tools / software relevant to Digital Marketing would be an advantage.

5 days, full time position, some remote work is possible.
Remuneration will be paid on a competitive hourly rate.
